The National Apartment Association’s Industry Insider recently examined what’s hot in high-end apartment amenities. Quartz countertops, pet yards and golf simulators topped the list.
So did roof decks, something The Knox, Knoxville’s newest student housing complex will feature. Wellsley Park at Deane Hill has a cyber cafe with free wi-fi and a coffee bar. And check out the saltwater resort-style pool with a submerged deck for sunbathing at Bridgeway Apartments in Maryville.
