Steve Goldman & John Dempster have closed on the sale of their listing of a 0.99 acre lot at 4801 Clinton Highway for a new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The build-to-suit buyer/developer was Hatcher-Hill, acting as developer for the store. The property is on the southwest side of Clinton Highway between I-640 and Merchants Drive. The site has 160’ of frontage and is a corner location. It also shares an additional stoplight entrance with the NAPA Auto Parts corporate store. The purchase price was $425,000.00.
