For the second year in a row, Knoxville made livability.com’s Best Places to Retire list on livability.com, moving up in rank from #7 to #2. We’ve also made their Top 100 Best Places to Live list twice.
What makes Knoxville such a wonderful place to live, work and retire? Low cost of living, access to good health care, proximity to the Smokies, a vibrant downtown — and, of course, the VOLS!
